We ship all of our online orders through FedEx (Federal Express), United Postal Service (UPS) and United States Postal Service (USPS). Most orders placed by 2:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time) Monday through Friday (Depending on product in stock and special orders), will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends and holidays will be shipped the next business day. Free shipping on orders of $50.00 or more.
EXCHANGE & RETURNS POLICY
If an order has been delivered and an item is not received and it is either damaged or faulty, a return claim MUST be filed with within 24 hours from date of delivery of your order.

The following options will then be made available:
1. Replacement due to damage: If possible, a replacement will be sent, subject to availability. Damaged items will be requested back weather for exchange of same item or refund.
2. Refund: If a refund is required, it will be provided according to the original payment (i.e. if payment was made on Visa, the visa will be credited. Items that require a refund will be required to be returned.

Returns are not accepted due to a change of mind, so please choose carefully.
Exchanges for other items are not permitted.
