Shipping
We ship all of our online orders through FedEx (Federal Express), United Postal Service (UPS) and United States Postal Service (USPS) to the continental US, Alaska, Hawaii and territories*. Most orders placed by 2:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time) Monday through Friday (Depending on product in stock and special orders), will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends and holidays will be shipped the next business day. Shipping fee is $8.95. Free shipping on orders of $45.00 or more.

Delivery service is available with in Cape Coral, FL. Zip codes: 33903, 33904, 33909, 33910, 33914, 33915, 33990, 33991, 33993 are currently available. Delivery fee is $4.95. Free local delivery on orders of $45.00 or more.
Delivery orders are available 8:00 am to 7:00 pm, 7 days a week. Hourly slots availability are limited.
EXCHANGE & RETURNS POLICY
If an order has been delivered and an item is not received or either damaged or faulty, a return claim MUST be filed with within 24 hours from date of delivery of your order.
Please fill the Return or Refund Request Form out in order to start the process of replacement or refund.
The following options will then be made available:
1. Replacement due to damage: If possible, a replacement will be sent, subject to availability. Damaged items will be requested back weather for exchange of same item or refund.
2. Refund: If a refund is required, it will be provided according to the original payment (i.e. if payment was made on Visa, the visa will be credited. Items that require a refund will be required to be returned.
