Delivery
We currently deliver FREE to zip codes 33904 & 33914 in Cape Coral, Florida*. Deliveries are handled 7 days a week from 8:00am to 6:00pm. Our delivery goal is at the top of the hour when you scheduled which gives us plenty of time for the unseen and uncontrollable events such as traffic and weather. Ex: If you scheduled 12:00 - 1:00, we schedule ourselves for 12:00, if we get delayed, we will have time to deliver by 1:00. We do NOT offer any type of "guarantee"  in regards to time deliveries. IF we get delayed and expect to deliver later than your scheduled delivery time, we will contact you ASAP with information regarding it.

     We are diligently working to expand our delivery area and will announce new delivery areas when they become available.

Deliveries outside our regular delivery area have a delivery fee of $19.99. Deliveries outside out regular delivery area and handled the same manner as within our regular delivery area and you are able to schedule your delivery. Deliveries that are not within a reasonable driving distance with be shipped USPS, FedEx or UPS with tracking. FREE delivery is available with subtotal of $50.00 or more.

ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SCHEDULED YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO CHANGE YOUR ORDER ON THE WEBSITE. CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER TO CHANGE IT.

Delivery communication: A text message will be sent the day of your scheduled delivery as a reminder. A text message regarding delivery confirmation will be sent. The delivery confirmation text will include a image of where your item has been delivered. Ex: Front door, garage, back door...etc. Responses are appreciated, but not required. You will ONLY receive those 2 text messages. Any other communication will be direct phone call or email.

EXCHANGE & RETURNS POLICY
If an order has been delivered and an item is not received and it is either damaged or faulty, a return claim MUST be filed with within 24 hours from date of delivery of your order.

The following options will then be made available:

1. Replacement due to damage: If possible, a replacement will be sent, subject to availability. Damaged items will be requested back weather for exchange of same item or refund. 

2. Refund: If a refund is required, it will be provided according to the original payment (i.e. if payment was made on Visa, the visa will be credited. Items that require a refund will be required to be returned.

The above 2 statements mean this: IF YOU REQUEST A REFUND ON ANY ITEM, IT MUST BE RETURNED TO CAFFEIGN.COM. THIS A QUALITY CONTROL, FOOD SAFETY REQUIREMENT OF OUR COMPANY.

Returns are not accepted due to a change of mind, so please choose carefully.
Exchanges for other items are not permitted.
